Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped either via USPS or UPS and come with tracking unless otherwise stated. Posters will be shipped in tubes so they MUST ship separately from other items.
Orders will be shipped out within 3 days of purchase.
Domestic Shipping
For domestic orders, expect to receive your order in 1 to 2 weeks.
International Shipping
For international orders, expect to receive your order in 1 to 3 weeks, possibly longer.
Please be aware that there may be additional customs, duties, or import fees that you need to pay before accepting your item. If your order is disposed of by customs due to non-payment of these fees, there will be no refund.
I am unable to send packages to countries that USPS has deemed undeliverable. List of countries can be found here.
Preorders
Preorders will be listed with the month they will start shipping. Any orders with preorder items in them will be shipped when the preorders are ready. Please plan accordingly and order non-preorder items separately if you don't want to wait.
Preorders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Why is there sales tax?
By law, Big Cartel is legally required to remit sales tax on all US orders. I do not receive any of it.
What is your refund policy?
I do not accept refunds. You are free to cancel your order if I have not yet shipped it out.
My order was sent back.
If your order was sent back due to an incorrect address or a pseudonym that building management or other household members reject, then you will need to pay for shipping again.
I think my order was lost in the mail.
An item is considered lost if it's been 60 days since it was shipped. If you have not received your order after that, I will send a replacement if there is still leftover stock.
If the reason for loss or misplacement was because you input the wrong address, then you will need to re-order. If you believe you input the wrong address, you can contact me before your order is shipped.
